Our CARF accredited recovery program provides ASAM 3.1 level of care. It is a highly structured 9 month residential program that is licensed by the Maryland Behavioral Health Administration. The men in the program participate in a faith-based recovery curriculum, spend six hours per day/six days per week in work therapy which prepares them with soft and hard workforce development skills, receive group and individual mental health and addictions counseling, and are provided case management services. Throughout the experience at the Mission, the men are encouraged to participate in a local church, attend 12 step meetings on campus and in the community, and keep their focus on the vision for a future that God has purposed for them.
The Mission sponsors many events throughout the year as a way to bring our community together. Learn more about these events and how you can get involved!
Help is needed to plan this year’s Freedom 5K. Next race planning committee meeting is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 9th at 11 a.m. Join us at the Mission and get involved!
“I remember the day I came to the Mission like it was yesterday. I didn’t know what to expect, but I knew I needed help. What I got was a change of heart.”
We encourage you to visit the Westminster Rescue Mission. You will have the opportunity to see first hand what your involvement is doing to change lives.
